How to Change the System Language of Windows 10 PC

Windows 10 allows its user to change the entire system language. It means you do not have to stick to the same default language. You can change the whole user interface into any other language as your requirement. The system language changing in Windows 10 is uncomplicated and straightforward.

How to Disable Language Syncing of Window 10 PC
If you had a Microsoft Account and logged in with it on your different devices then with other things, language settings will also be the same on the other devices. Thus if you’re thinking to change the region and language settings of your computer, then you can disable syncing before doing this.
Here is how to disable syncing:
1.    Open ‘Settings’ of your Windows 10 computer.
2.    Go to the ‘Accounts’ section.
3.    Click on ‘Sync your settings’. It may be the last option under the Accounts section at the left side of the desktop.
4.    On the right-hand side pane, click on the toggle switch of ‘Language preferences’ and turn it off.
This will disable Language Syncing, and now you can continue to change language settings.
If you want to use an additional language which your Window doesn’t have already in it, then you need to download and install on your system.  Whole Windows 10 User interface including dialog boxes, Menu, etc. will be changed to the language you would select.
How to download or install a Language in Windows 10
1.    Open your Windows 10 PC with the administrator account.
2.    Use shortcut keys ‘Windows + I’ to launch Settings.
3.    Go to ‘Time & Language’ settings.
4.    Click on ‘Region & language’ from the left side pane of the time & language settings window.
5.    On the right-hand side pane, click on ‘+ Add a language’.
6.    Select a ‘Language’ from the window that comes up after clicking on “+ Add a language” button this page consists of all the languages that can be downloaded to your PC.
7.    Now, return to ‘Time & Language’ settings screen. You’ll see the languages that you’ve installed.
8.    Click on that ‘Particular Language’. This will open three options (Set as default/Options/Remove) for it.
9.    Click on ‘Options’ and then select ‘Download’ to start downloading the language pack plus keyboard for it.
That it! Wait for the language to download completely.
How to set a new Language for Windows 10 system?
1.    Log in to your Windows 10 PC with the administrator account.
2.    Use shortcut keys ‘Windows + I’ to launch Settings.
3.    Go to ‘Time & Language’ settings.
4.    Click on ‘Region & language’ from the left side pane of the time & language settings window.
5.    On the right-hand side pane, click on ‘+ Add a language’.
6.    Click on the search box to search for the language you want to set.
7.    Select the language and then click on ‘Next’ button.
8.    Click and check the box of ‘Set as my Windows display language’ option.
9.    Choose other additional feature.
10.    And then click on ‘Install’ button.
11.    Click on the ‘Country or region’ dropdown box and pick a region match your present location.
12.    Under ‘Languages’ section, click on ‘Windows display language’ dropdown box and select a new language.
13.    Now, click on ‘Administrative language settings’. It is near the right side of the screen.
14.    Switch to ‘Administrative’ tab, and click on ‘Copy settings..’ button.
15.    Check the box of ‘Welcome screen and system accounts’ and ‘New user accounts’. The options are under the ‘Copy your current settings to:’ section near the bottom of the window.
16.    Click on the ‘OK’ button.
17.    Again click on ‘OK’ button, when appear.
18.    And restart your computer.
It’s done! After restarting everything of your Windows 10 PC including Welcome, Sign-in, Settings, Menus, File Explorer, and other programs will appear in the newly selected language.
